Getting Your Home Ready To Sell

We have all heard that first impressions are the lasting one....or usually when a buyer looks at your home, they know within just seconds or minutes that this is the one!
Taking that into consideration, then your home has to shine, it has to be the standout on the block or neighborhood.
The curb appeal is so important, from the landscaping to the paint color.  If these are problem areas and you wonder why your home doesn't sell????
Maybe this is the culprit  Clean it up and tone down the paint schemes!
Maybe the concrete walkways and driveways are crumbling, my advice is to get them repaired or replaced.  It will help you sell the home..  Take a critical look at the outside of your home.  How are the gutters?  Do they need cleaned out? What about the flower beds?  Keep the leaves raked this time of year. Repair anything that says "neglect"
Is there any wood rot?  Repair it!  Could the home need some sprucing up?  Get to Sprucing.  Make sure the front door speaks to buyers and says " Welcome Home"!  Good Luck!
