Between sugar-loaded ciders and calorie-packed pumpkin spice lattes, not to mention Halloween candy sitting around and the gorge fest known as Thanksgiving, there are loads of ways to get off track with your eating. Fight temptation by stocking your pantry with seasonal super-foods.

APPLES: Low calories and delicious added to oatmeal.
PEARS: Great source of fiber and helps to prevent artery damage.
SPAGHETTI SQUASH: Low carb alternative to pasta.
CAULIFLOWER: Roasted cauliflower instead of potatoes.
KALE: High in vitamin K and can help protect against various cancers.
I hope this helps with some healthy alternatives to get you through the Holidays. Gobble Gobble ;)
