Lets face it: Work-life balance can feel like a traffic collision even at the best of times. During the holidays it's more like a ten car pileup. Deadlines, decorating, gift buying, cooking, in-laws, pushy crowds, budgets and the never ending holiday music EVERYWHERE (FALALALALA). No wonder the most wonderful time of year can feel like Calgon forgot to take YOU away!  Here are some tips to help you stay on top of your workload during the hectic season and not lose your mind in the process.

1) Prioritize the TO-DO List (what has to be done first)
2) Plan out holidays. get your game-face on. Make sure schedule is detailed and complete. Make a gift giving budget and stick to it.
3) Give yourself a break we all need personal time and believe me your friends and family will thank you.
4) Outsource - why kill yourself. Don't worry! A little help does not make you a GRINCH!!
Now kick back and grab you some Holiday Cheer!
