When shopping for a weekend get away, in Missouri most people escape to the lakes.  But for many rurally located people, the city draws them in on the weekends to enjoy all the diverse cultural and holiday activities, for them lofts can be a great investment.

Generally lofts are located in the heart of the city, a loft home can provide great access to all Kansas City offers, such as sporting events, and an array of art festivals, concerts, theater and wonderful restaurants to indulge in.

Many loft owners find that by renting their purchase out while they are not staying in it that they can actually cover all their expenses of ownership. Usually these rentals have a three night minimum stay and a one bedroom usually starts at $155.00 a night. Local businesses are always looking for good corporate rentals for bringing employees in a few days here and there.
